Refund policy

At CartGlimmer, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

📦 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns can be initiated by contacting us at cartglimmerofficial@gmail.com. Please note, the return will need to be sent to the following address:

Once your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Full instructions on how and where to send the package

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


🔧 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Beauty or personal care products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Items on sale or purchased using gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend:

  1. Returning the original item (if eligible)

  2. Placing a new order once your return is approved


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days
